Date: December 3rd, 2014 Time: 6:50 pm Entry: Dear Mr. Ario Eftekhari, I am delighted that you have lovingly and professionally restored two vases from my grandmother's house. You succeeded particularly well with the redesign of the handle end of a Meissen coffee pot in the Empire style! Thank you very much for the pleasant cooperation and the timely restoration! With the best recommendation from Christine Kluge page 50

Date: 02.12.2014 Time: 12:25 pm Entry: A valuable porcelain art figure "ADLER" by Hutschenreuther was broken into many fragments by falling on a tiled floor. A repair did not seem possible to me. I found Mr. Ario Eftekhari's homepage on the Internet. After contacting us, the photos were sent in and the individual parts were sent in after the information that a repair was possible. To my surprise I received the message after a short time that the figure can be repaired. The repair was excellent. There are no cracks or splices to be found. The color adjustment that has become necessary cannot be distinguished from the original. Due to the excellent performance, I can recommend Arios Atelier with conviction. Klaus Leben page 49

Date: 11/6/2014 Time: 4:19 pm Entry: Dear Mr. Eftekhari, for my birthday my husband gave me a beautiful amber necklace. When I pulled out the pin with which it was stuck in the jewelry box in order to be able to carry the pendant, it promptly slipped out of the box, fell on the tile floor and broke into 4 pieces. At first I was heartbroken, thought there was nothing more that could be done about it, but still I started looking on the internet for someone who might be able to help me and fix the trailer. I was about to give up the search when I came across your homepage. I write an email and sent a photo of the mishap. The answer came immediately and I had the impression that the man is serious and knows what he is doing! So I sent the trailer in. Just a few days later, I had the result in my hand and it is really impressive! If you look very closely or touch the trailer, you can still find the break points. But you have to know that repairs were carried out here! The work was extremely expertly done and the price was more than reasonable. Thank you very much for that! Page 48

Date: 07/22/2014 Time: 4:00 p.m. Entry: Better than new! After our three-year-old disassembled a friend's giant vase into 1000 pieces in her house, the faces were long - even with the little one. While looking for a solution, I came across Atelier Arios. After a short phone call and the exchange of some pictures and information, Mr. Eftekhari made a competent and confident impression about the restoration. So we brought the giant vase to him and after 2 weeks we came to him to pick it up. In sum: According to the owner, the vase is "better than before" - The owner's joy was hardly limited when you, our dwarf, brought the vase back - Many thanks to the Arios team & we can unreservedly recommend the services. Many Thanks!! Page 45

Date: 07/17/2014 Time: 5:07 pm Entry: I had to repair a porcelain Hotei which unfortunately lost its head in the suitcase on the way from Singapore to Germany. I looked for several addresses on the Internet in the area where repairs seemed possible. Even the answer from Mr. Eftekhari was competent and friendly. I visited two other addresses before going to Atelier Arios. This is where I felt most professionally understood and when we were able to agree on an acceptable price, I trusted my gut feeling and had Mr. Eftekhari rehabilitate the figure. This decision was one of the good ones in my life: great work at an affordable price. I can only recommend Atelier Arios! Page 44

Date: May 27, 2014 Time: 1:22 pm Entry: Thank you for the professional and good repair of my porcelain figurine! Unfortunately, my grandmother's heirloom fell down and the arm was broken twice and the delicate fingertips of one hand were completely destroyed. Mr. Eftekhari repaired the fractures absolutely invisibly and was even able to reconstruct the individual fingers. The figure looks like it did before and I am very satisfied, I will gladly recommend it to others! The contact via the website was also very quick and professional. Thank you very much! Page 43

Date: 04/01/2014 Time: 11:48 am Entry: I found out about Atelier Arios by searching the Internet and after a phone call I already had a positive impression. The restoration of several porcelain parts was carried out to my complete satisfaction. I was particularly pleased that a missing porcelain button on the lid of a coffee pot could be recreated and the price-performance ratio also pleasantly surprised me. I can recommend Atelier Arios and would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the carefully executed work. Page 41

E-mail address: hehs@gmx.net Date: 25.01.2014 Time: 6:25 pm Entry: I am very enthusiastic: Prompt response to my request. Competent advice, with information about expected costs. Very good work, despite Special problems due to previous own improper repair attempts (attempts at gluing with superglue) with further damage to the object. Shatterproof shipping of the object. Clear, detailed and transparent invoice. What I have learned: Do not try the repair yourself first, but rather go to a specialist in Ario's studio Overall: Unreservedly highly recommended! Page 39

Email address: h.bischhaus@arcor.de Date: 10/22/2013 Time: 5:00 p.m. Entry: I had to wait for my inheritance for more than 30 years before I held the figure in my hands. My God, this one was totally broken and my disappointment was limitless. The first reaction, destroy it. After a sleepless night then research the thought on the Internet. I came across the homepage of www.ariosatelier.de and my first e-mail and my first telephone call with Mr. Ario Eftekhari was so trusting that I sent the figure straight away. After a few weeks the figure came back. I would never have expected such wonderful work. You couldn't see the slightest part of previous damage on this figure. I was just "HAPPY". The price for this work was also very low. Please, if you have any doubts, have this figure shown before and after processing These pictures say it all. I would like to say "THANK YOU" again on page 37

Guest book entry by Bruno Streit from Kronberg

Date: October 11, 2013 Time: 8:28 pm Entry: I brought a Southeast Asian bronze figure to Ario's studio for the first time. I found the studio by searching the internet. The restoration and cleaning was flawless. After this "trial run" I brought two porcelain figures that were valuable to me, where in one case a finger was missing and in another case an entire leg of the figure had broken off. To my astonishment, the restoration was carried out so flawlessly that I can no longer recognize the breakages and flaws (ie the parts that were previously chipped and lost). Because even the difficult skin-colored shades have been applied in such a way that I cannot distinguish them from the original parts with the best of my will. An uninitiated observer considers the figures to be completely undamaged - because that's how they actually look and feel. Apparently they can withstand normal pressure even in the repaired areas, ie you don't have to be particularly careful with them, just in the normal framework, as with all porcelain figurines. The last surprise I experienced was with the price - I really expected more (I already had so much confidence as a result of my first order that I didn't get a quote at all). Page 36

Date: 09/22/2013 Time: 7:30 p.m. Entry: Mr. Eftekhari received the order from me to restore several heavily damaged and damaged objects. On the one hand, it was a ceramic beer mug that had various flakes and cracks. The damage was completely repaired. The damage can no longer be seen. The tip had to be added to an old walking stick; its color had also been lost in places. The studio added the metal tip and the lack of paint. The restoration was very successful: the stick is now a real ornament again. Finally I gave a set of old chess pieces (made from bone) for restoration. The filigree figures were partly broken, partly individual elements were missing. In a particularly careful way, Mr. Eftekhari recreated missing parts, put all parts back together to complete figures and painted them. The restoration was extremely successful. What a fantastic job! There was also a silver-plated candlestick with one arm broken off. During the restoration, the arm was successfully reattached. The break point can no longer be recognized as such. There was also a marble ashtray with a bronzed dog on it. The dog was broken from the pedestal and there it was broken into several pieces. Sometimes individual fragments were missing. The studio put everything back together - adding what was missing. A perfect job. I am very satisfied with the work that has been done: Mr. Eftekhari has done an excellent job. The studio is definitely to be recommended. With regard to the restoration of other art objects, Mr. Eftekhari would be my first choice! Page 35

Mr. Eftekhari took care of the "youth" and made a real work of art out of him. The new base in particular makes the figure look right. We are thrilled, thank you very much. Page 31
